Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked lentils
- 1/2 cup cooked mushrooms
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup Ritz Crackers crumbled for "breadcrumbs"
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce for vegan use Annie's Organic
- 1 tbsp onions flakes
- 1/4 cup flour to coat balls before frying
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
for the sauce
- 4 tbsp vinegar any kind
- 2/3 cup jelly any kind
- 6 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 6 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions

Mix together all ingredients for balls, slowly adding in vegetable broth and Ritz Crackers. Once you have a good consistency, form into balls, and coat in flour before frying in pan on stove at medium heat.

For the sauce, mix all ingredients together and heat on medium-low. Once balls are ready, add sauce on top and set on low heat for a few minutes, then ready to serve!
